Dear Administrator

I received very bad service at one of your store in Upington: Store (692)
I bought the wrong yogurt I was supposed to buy plain I bought strawberry, then I took it back to the store the teller was asking for help from the managers no one assisted her.
I was in the sore from 16:00 till 16: 40 the store was not even full. I left the store with the plain yogurt leave the strawberry by the till because no one attended to me.
I am not happy about the service I want action to be taken regarding the issues.
