I lost my ID in 2007 and made a new one after 6 months tried opening an account and i was told i'm in Itc..went to the local lawyers they advice i do an affidavit... which i did and took it to all the place my name and ID has been used... everything was cleared except the Nedbank credit card..which they making me to struggle, they managed to clear a loan taken by the on my name..but they make me sukkel with the credit card one.i'm in and out with Nedbank..they tell me the matter is with their lawyers. I was busy dealing with the lady by the name Merice Visage (Tell:0112947906, Reference :17882321) My name is Aubrey... The lady she understood the core of the matter and i have given them the neccessary Documents..the lady promised me I would have the clearance letter by the 21st of December 2013..till now they haven't came back to me, i have been trying to contact the lady back..to find out what is delaying..she's never available... This thing is fustrating me because my life has stopped i can't open any account i can't do anything.because of this credit card.that was wrongly opened on my name without me knowing..please help..Nedbank is too relaxed.
