I am under debt review and since inception have been constantly harassed by Nedbank, even though that I have never default. My last payment was made on 09 May 2013 for the amount of R14.58. I have received previous handover letters from Nedbank. My debt councillor tried numerous times to get feedback from Nedbank, with no success to clarify the matter. All avenues have been pursued, but without any success, now after 6 months, I received a summons on 11 November 2013 for the amount of R2945.30 when Nedbank Lawyers dated and signed the summons on 12 September 2013.
The best of all is that the lawyers state that "the plaintiff cannot locate application form at present, but a pro-forma thereof".
I cannot afford a lawyer, hence the debt review. I am out of options.
