A few months back, I reported that a child neighbor of mine was regularly screaming out of fear. As I work with children for a living, I could tell the child’s screaming didn’t come from playing. About a week after my report, my neighbors closed off their palisades, making it impossible for anyone passing by to look inside their yard. Before the covering of their palisades, I had seen multiple children playing in the yard on a quad bike.
This screaming happens during the daytime when it is expected for children to be at school. I also think it is important to mention that there are multiple cars going in and out of the premises before and after the screaming takes place. The cars have ranged from bakkies to fancy cars and well-used cars.
I have an ill feeling about the situation. The house is located at 68 Kingsway, the corner house.
