We booked a shipment of 3 parcels on Wednesday, 10/12/2025 (Waybill 3WR7BF). It has still not been collected. On Thursday, 11/12/2025, at 15:37, we received an email stating that the driver is out of the area and that they will attempt another collection today, 12/12/2025. The parcels are still sitting here. It is now 15:24.
We had a similar experience when we booked a shipment on 12/11/2025 (Waybill CCB3VT). By 19/11/2025, we canceled it because it was still not collected after 7 days. This is not acceptable.
