Hello i dont like to complain about nedbank, i am forced to complain
3 weeks ago i made application for saa Voyager credit card, reason for this card, i wil be traveling i would like to earn the miles on that card.great benefits, i submited all my documents payslip and i d document, i also have nedbank gold credit card and also a stand alone petrol card.
so i got sms stating that cannot compleat application, i called the call centre, they said my house and adress and number is same as work, reason for that my fathers business is registerd with same address.its a sole prop company.the time nedbank calls to verify, no one is there to pick up, i cant blame my self if no one is around, i gave the same details when i first apply for my nedbank gold credit card
i resolve the matter.i waited with no feed back couple days later, i feel this bad service, i realy needed the saa voyager credit card, my credit rating is excellent, payment up to date. i am very sorry to post this on hello pete
