Lack of Feedback and Response

In november last year my car was hit with hail damage. Santam assisted and my car was repaired by Global Hail Solutions and AA Auto Body. I am writing this, as it seems I am not the only one who has major issues and concerns with the Companies above that Santam use for these types of repairs. I was not happy with the work done on my car and had to take it back to them. They have now had my car for 3 weeks, and not once have I been contacted, I am continuously having to phone and find out how far my car is. This is ridiculous, I am at the stage where I am going to go the the Short Term Insurance Ombudsman, and I will take on Santam and not GHS or AA Auto body, as I feel that Santam has contracted this company therefor they are liable for the extremely disgraceful service that there customers are getting. And what makes it worse, who can I complain to as GHS does not respond on any complaints on Hello Peter or when you mail them. I am at my wits end with this, I want my car back and I want it in the condition that it is meant to be in!
