I have a serious problem with Nedbank Sandton 135 they used my name and Identity to open up a credit to the value of R 30 000 of which I did not anything about it and now they harassing me to pay it up, I remember sometime mid last year I went to Nedbank for some assistance I met this coloured lady and she help me to check if I qualify for a credit card and how much she took my ID copy and she told that she will check it for me, until late last year when I received a call from them telling me that I must pay the credit card instalment of R 800 per month so I went back to them to query it I found the same lady and she told me she will sort it out I must not worry.

Until early this year when I received a call again telling my that I am in arrears whereas I have not made any payment on the credit card so I went back there again I asked for that lady and I was told she does not work there anymore they fired her, I told them my story and they told me that I must go to the police station to do an affidavit for further investigations. I did to it and I send it to them until recently again I received a call they told me that they are going to hand me to their lawyers for collections.
