Greenstone branch - poor service a habit?

I was told I could only change the cellphone number linked to my account at a Nedbank branch. Security and all that, you know? Fair enough. So, Saturday morning and I'm in the queue, along with dozens of other clients. 09:05 the queuing starts, 09:45 I leave, the queue moved up one space. The "Team Leader" apparently oblivious to the situation (Queue approaching the door now) What is a "Team leader"? New name for a branch manager? What use if no leadership is given? Only two individuals behind queries counter, one was on a call from the time I arrived until I left. I suppose the rest of Nedbank were also on a slow strike, of sorts. Woman in black and white dress (yes, we saw you madam), keeps peeking out from behind the door at queries, sees the long queue, laughs and disappears. We complain to the "team leader", she smiles (how sweet). Either that means she doesn't give a or she doesn't understand what the issue is. Either way, it stinks. No, it's not the first time either. It's been a week of boos and fakes Nedbank, heres your boo for the faked attempt to deliver service. For thirty years you've had my business, it's over.
