I went to Nedbank on the 18 and 19 for my business account, but the service i was give was appalling. The manager told me direct that he doesn't have time for as he was busy with someone else that was on the 18th when i came in before two with my business partner and she was still looking for parking and as she was about to come in they closed the doors and told her she cant come i told them she was with me they refused to let her in, fare enough we came back the next to stand in the queue for 1h:30min only told be told that they cant assist us because i did not open the account in that branch never in my life have i heard of such.
