Nedbank recruits customers for other banks!

I tried to get my income tax certificates from Nedbank.

Website: with some difficulty you get to the right link and then request an e-mailed copy & it comes back to say it was successful. Then 24 hrs later NO E-MAIL.

Go the the branch - long queue - staff walking around smiling with hands in pockets apparently not busy BUT too busy to help customers!!! Finally get to front of queue (35 mins!!) - guy on counter doesn't speak or invite me "PLEASE SIR CAN I HELP YOU? " he grunts & gestures come here!

NO, they can't give me a copy SARS doesn't like it. Nothing he can do. 'Phone the customer help line.

Go home. 'Phone. Very helpful - the "can't give copy" had NOTHING to do with SARS - it's not on their system yet is all! Did the guy at the HELP counter not know this? Does he actually WORK for Nedbank?

Nedbank have sent me a hardcopy BUT it went out late. WHY? Why make YOUR problem my problem? Don't you care about your customers? It will HOPEFULLY be loaded on the system by the end of JULY!!! THEN they will be able to HELP ME!!!

Let's go on holiday while Nedbank "works" and cares!!! Blow SARS - tell them to wait until Nedbank is ready.

So, are they recruiting for the other banks?
