Appalling Service Life Style/FNB personal Loans

Numerous phone calls, visiting the nearest branch and e-mails my personal loan application has still not been paid out as promised by life style / FNB consultants for the past few days. After submitting documentation as required visiting my nearest branch and asking what is required of me. Promises for money to be reflecting in my bank within 24 hours has now become 4 days. Making promises that can't be kept I'm not keen on, system failure, lack of response as to what's going on has become an extreme inconvenience, after paying almost R150 just in call charges over the past few days to know what's going on as to my application. Extremely incompetent! Not a happy customer!!!
