I have bought a 2019 Nissan Micra from Primo Executive Cars in Edenvale. The salesman said the car is ready for me to purchase. I went to the dealership on the Friday to purchase the car and they had to putt in a new battery and still had to do a roadworthy check or test. I couldn't close the deal that day and had to book a place to sleepover because I am staying in Rustenburg. The next day there were more delays after the salesman assured me that everything was in order. On arrival at the dealership I was told by the finance lady that was very helpful that the salesman was sepouse to have done this the previous day. I drove the car back to Rustenburg on Saturday. Wednesday morning I realized that the breaks was warned out so I took it to Hi-Q in Rustenburg to have it checked out, only to find that the disks, breakpads and control arms needed to be replaced. The total amount was R4200. 00 for the repairs. When I spoke to the salesman about it he said that it will be sorted out. After 3 weeks of trying talking to the salesman, PA of the director the said they're only going to refund me the amount of R2500. 00 because the repairs was not pre approved. I believe that that dealership is corrupted because the car went through a road worthy check or test but I had to repair things that was checked by the dealership at the road worthy center. I still feel that the dealership should pay me back the full amount and onto of all that I still didn't receive the backboard that they said the will send to me.
