Annoyed with fnb jabulani mall branch

On monday i went to fnb jabulani mall to collect my cheque acc card & the queue on the collection counter was full & growing with only 1 attending to clients then I went to complain to the branch manager who said she will do something about it but I ended up leaving cause the queue was not getting better.still on Wednesday I came back only to find the very same problem.i went there early before they opened & stood outside on a queue & they opened @09h10 not 09h00 after that we waited until 09h25 to get attended on our queue. Same thing 1 assistant on a long queue.staff looking tired in the morning & procrastinating. So this to me means the branch manager doesnt chech if clients are catered for bcos she remained inside her locked office & she did nothing to improve the situation since I complained last time.so this to me is bad advertising by fnb if they are not going to ensure that their branch managers do thier job cause I am already thinking of switching banks.
