Unethical staff with minimal training (IF ANY...)

This morning a "unknown number" calls me stating that he is from Nedbank, he says to me that my my account is in arrears with R54 or something like that... I told him that i have had my account closed as i now bank with Standard bank, the day I closed my account I've handed in my card to the consultant and no mention was made of an arrears amount that day, this @$$hole who can bearly speak English persists that I owe this money (keep in mind the call is probably on around 2mins now), he stops me and out of the blue says, QUOTE: "I am only allowed to speak to you for a certain amount of minutes, thank you for your time, goodbye" and drops the call... Is this how Nedbank does business??? Is this how they put their clients 1st??? In that case I'm glad i moved banks... But thats not all, he calls me back after 10mins and I then request to speak to a Team Leader, and the most common card was used (as i work in call centre myself), he said, "all the team leaders are in a meeting i will get them to call you back" and he drops the call again... and yet, no call has been received from his apprent Team Leader, Nedbank, you are pathetic and I am waiting on your URGENT response to this matte
