Broken Shoes

Good day,

I wish to make a complaint about my brand-new shoes, which I only wore twice.

I could not wear the shoes for a very long time as I had both hips and my knee replaced. When I took them out of the cupboard, both were broken. I have attached pictures showing the shoes and where they broke.

Can you please assist me by compensating me for the shoes, either by replacing them or providing a refund? I don't have the receipts anymore. I only wear Crocs, as these are the most comfortable shoes for me.
