I would like to file a complaint about the customer service agent named Papi. I called in to make changes, and what a rude and arrogant agent I encountered. I have never experienced such nightmare service in my life. How do you tell a customer, "They need to get off their high horse"? I'm in disbelief. I want Greyhound to deal with this issue now. I won't rest until I know action has been taken.
