Tellers bad service!!!

This is the 4th time in a row that this happened to me. Every week we collect change for our store at Nedbank. We call in the morning to confirm if the branch has the change we require and then order and collect it. Every time I get to Nedbank Killarney waiting for the tellers I am always told they don't work with change I must wait for a certain teller to help me who also wasn't wearing his name tag. Thomas today told me I have to wait for this teller to return from lunch before I can collect my change. Thomas is the so called team leader at the Tellers section at Killarney. I have explained to him that I can't wait an hour for the specific teller to return from lunch because I get charged by the mall for parking. Thomas just raised his shoulders and said there is nothing he can do to help but they can call me later to come and fetch the change. What I don't understand is that at the other branches all the tellers are able to help with change except Nedbank Killarney. I am sure this is not normal practise in the bank? And there has been times when the banking hall is empty but only that one certain teller can help me. It doesn't make sense that even the team leader couldn't assist
