Standard bank cheque account clones twice in 6 mon

I was robbed in july 2013 I reported this to standard bank they cancelled my card and ordered a new one and I went to eastgate branch to get a debit card that's when I realised that there were transactions I called the department on the 9th when I was in the bank, but to my surprise Eugene Msibi told me with an attitude that I didn't report my card and they refused to reimburse me now again on the 14/12/2013 I saw transactions on my account and I went to the bank to report this and they said they'll reverse the transactions to my surprise that amount went of my account and I was told the merchant banked it but can't be told who's this merchant and I received an email saying the resolution will only be in february 2014 I called as I have debit orders but was sent from pillar to post. I hate Standard bank I've lost so much money and they don't even care. They tell you there's nothing that can be done! My health has deteriorated because of this.
