So that is what it should be!

In general customer service in Heidelberg of substandard. Something most got used to and accepted to be what it is - the banks being the worst!

Only making use of local banks when really have to (prefer takeing the N3 to Alberton).

In light of the above, sceptical about the smallish Nedbank branch now here in Heidelberg and as result of circumstances forced to visit the local Nedbank on 4th March. After putting off and postponing what was expected long queue and service with a sigh...

Turned out to be a most enlightening and wonderful experience,

Most friendly of faces by name Thandi Sihlali, professional in corporate wear asked me about my business and pointed me in the direction of two "tellers" serving and a single individual in a queue,

Reaching the queue I was number first,

The "teller" Timothy Maseko, friendly, professional, effective and I was out of the door so quick it left me with enough time for what was to be a quick coffee.

Well done! Nedbank; your Heidelberg Gauteng Branch = now that was terrific service! Keep it up set the example - Don't get influenced by what seems to be a local banking culture.
