I trust you are well. On the 24th of October 2025, I bought a CK bag. On the 6th of November 2025, I returned it to the shop because it started peeling off on the bottom sides. The store manager, Mahlatse, took pictures and sent the bag to their head office for an assessment.
On the 19th of November 2025, I went to the store to check on the progress. I was told the bag would not be exchanged because their bags are of quality, and Calvin Klein has never received a complaint about their bags. I am very disappointed with the service and outcome, as they said I was careless with the bag.
I have checked the complaint reviews on Calvin Klein bags, and there are many bags with the same damage as mine. All I needed was for my bag to be exchanged, not a refund. Please assist.
