Nedbank business branch cannot deal with business clients. They don't understand business, doesn't listen, and take no note of what u say and don't even have a clue of what your business is about.
The Nedbank business representative haven't even come and seen my business or phoned me or came and met me yet, in the time that she took over from the previous one. In the last year we have had a couple of them they come and go. So at the end of the day we as business owners suffer because of it.
They don't have the right contact numbers to get a hold of you. And phone you from a private number that doesn't identify who is calling. No business etiquette at all. I'm in the market for another bank if there is any one interested to give me a proposal.
