Waiting period to be served by a consultant

I went to the Nedbank branch to get/ask for a bank statement - I was the second person on the queue, and it took 20 minutes for me to be served. The line/ queue subsequently grew bigger after that.

Other Nedbank branches have a floor manager or consultant who ask and make sure queries like bank statement are at least handled with not much of delays, and thus as a customer you do not have to wait long just to get a bank statement. I am not sure if this is because it is in town, and therefore it is not regarded as an important branch, but I feel customer service could be improved at this branch, and customers to be treated with utmost respect they deserve.
