I was absolutely in love with my Chery Tiggo 4 PRO until I had an accident on September 25. I was led to believe that parts would be sourced from Chery Germiston as part of the quote I received. I understand there is a major backlog on parts in South Africa. What is the point of having a warehouse in SA with no stock? How much longer am I supposed to wait for the parts to arrive?
After-sale service is the most important gesture to protect and enhance your brand. This is not good at all and is not acceptable.
