On 26 August 2013, I flew to Port Elizabeth for work. When I arrived at my destination and wanted to unpack, my padlock on my suitcase was not on. I opened my suitcase and discovered that the broken padlock was inside my suitcase and my luggage was in a total mess. I also realized that some of my stuff was not here, eg my mini ghd styler, 3 of my work memory sticks, a nokia cellphone charger and some jewelry. Customer care apologized but are not taking any responsibility. I feel according to them its ok for your privacy to be violated and your property to be wrecked. I expect at least some remuneration as I fly allot for work and do not know when this is going to happen again. I do not have private insurance so this was a great loss for me. thank you, Elmarie Fulton
