Defy microwave default and told to wait do 21 days to be assisted. This is totally unacceptable. How do you expect one to be without microwave for 21 days with this cold weather and taking care of an elderly person who is sick
Always provided with different in formation at the store. Im not happy with the microwave anymore it nearly burnt my house and traumitised my kids. I don't think its fair to wait for so manny day while still within 2 years warranty. Im.not happy with the service provided
