Dear Siemens,
I feel the gas glass hob i purchased and used for 3 weeks is a defect. The glass cracked. Not entirely sure how. Could be the lack of rubbers on the WUG or just be bad quality. Not fair to make money out of the customer for bad quality. I'm not getting any luck with Siemens. we went all out Siemens and fitted our whole renovated house with Siemens, spend 100k and really feel done in by here.
We want this case escalated please before we go Global and post on all Social media and Radio channels. Dont know why customers always have to go that route to get anything looked it.
Rather disappointed.
