When my suitcase was irrepairably damaged on a flight from Durban to Cape Town I got a quote from Frasers luggage to replace it at their most reasonable quote of R999 subsequently ACE required me to get a declaration from a luggage shop that the suitcase is in fact irrepairable and replacement cost, whereupon this non reputable luggage shop closest to me stated that they do not have the same brand suitcase but can replace it for R750. RESULT ACE REFUNDED ME R750 MINUS R250 EXCESS FOR A SUITCASE PURCHASED THIS YEAR AND USED THE FIRST TIME! IS IT REALY WORTHWHILE TAKING OUT LUGGAGE INSURANCE IF YOU TRAVEL VIA KULULA?
