My name is Ashley and I have booked a flight with Kulula from King Shaka (Durban) to OR Tambo (JHB) on Sunday at 21h30. I checked in a suitcase at King Shaka (Durban). When I arrived at OR Tambo (JHB) I realized the suitcase zip was damaged and unlocked (someone broke the zip and unlocked my suitcase). I opened my suitcase and everything looked in order. The next morning I realized my sun glasses was missing from my suitcase. This is not the first time I experienced with luggage at Kulula. It is really upsetting knowing that every time I fly with Kulula I got to worry about the safety of my personal items.
