3 of my suitcase handles were broken off on two different occasions. In the 1st instance my suitcase was loaded onto your flight from cpt to jhb, yet when I collected my suitcase in jhb, my handle were broken off.. The same happened to 2 off my suitcases once again handed to your crew in perfectly good condition and yet once again both my handles broken off... When i reported this to the ground crew in jhb, she simply looked at me with her bored expression and pointed to some plaque on the wall claiming that they are not responsible for my luggage but my personal insurance should be, therefore I can say and do what I like, but they will not be fixing my bags! Things happen, therefore I let the first broken suitcase slide. However 3 times, that is no accident, therefore kulula fix my suitcases as the experience is not about bringing me home safely (as this is you ticket to the game) but also take care off my luggage!!! Take responsibility and don't hide behind some plaque on your wall!!!
