On Friday (18/01/2013) i flew from JHB to DBN on the 16:55, only when i got home i realised that my lock for my suitcase had been physically broken off the one zipper and my suitcase had be ruffeled though espically my toolkit it had been opened and some of the contents (steel screwdriver bits) we spilled in the actual suitcase, i kindly urge you to investigate and provide feedback as someone had enough time to go though my personal belongings and have their own ways and damaged my suitcase in the process
