Herewith a copy of my email send to kulula customer relations team... It is very sad that they broke the handles of my suitcase... I even wrapped the suitcase. How on earth do they do it? The plastic on the handles are cracked. I can never use it again...

With reference to my telephone conversation with your representative on Sunday 17 November 2013. I was on the 11:40 flight MN 0905 JHB to George. My suitcase was very badly damaged. Please see photos attached. I am very upset that an airline of your size can damage property like this. I will never be able to use this suitcase again. The handles were cracked on the both sides of the suitcase. It is not the first time that I am experiencing problems with your airline. The previous time my lock was broken of from my suitcase.
