I ordered my daughter's stationery on 25 December 2025 around 7 in the morning. I was advised that after paying, I would receive an invoice via email as confirmation of the order. However, I haven't received any confirmation or any feedback regarding the order.
I called the Claremont branch twice today and was told I would receive a phone call with feedback. I then called the Maitland office, hoping to be assisted. I was advised by the lady I spoke with from the Maitland office that the order was supposed to be delivered to Claremont.
I would like the order to be canceled if that is possible, and I will purchase the stationery elsewhere because there is no communication whatsoever, and schools are opening next week. I need to cover the books, and the whole point of buying the stationery was to cover the books before my leave ends.
