My mother in law flew from O.R Thambo to C.T international flight JE 149 on the 29th of August 2013, Checked her luggage in at 16:00 in perfect condition...
On arrival at C.T international her suitcase was so damaged she didn't't even recognise it...
Only when she was the last person standing at the collection belt, and had to except the fact that this torn, sliced suitcase was hers..Shocked, angry and in unknown environment she didn't't know what to do.
So I'm taking it further as it has happened to me flying with the airline.
I'm expecting an immediate response and resolution!
