Sunday Metro Raill Passengers Humiliated

I was on my way to Johannesburg from Benoni. I got to the Ticket entrance and the Metro Officers were not there so i went through onto the Platform. So Did the about 20 people who were there. We boarded the train and when it go to Tooronger, there was an announcement that all those who did not have Tickets, should get off and purchase their Tickets. About 50 people got off. As soon as we got off the train left, we were all told to pay a fine of R45 and even though we tried to explain, they said it wasnt their problem. (There are signs at every station that say if you do not have a ticket do not board the train was what they told us.) Those who had the R45 paid and waited for the next train, while the rest of us were handcuffed and taken to a "Cage" I eventually managed to get out by giving one of the Security Guards in Private clothing R20 from my R30 and they let me go. I bought the Ticket from Tooronger to Joburg and continued my Journey. This was done to the next train that came throughas well.

If Metro Officers do not work on Sundays, rather close the Stations than humiliate us like this.
