I have a complaint against Metro Rail
This morning at 04h50 I arrived at the Randfontein Station, the ticket office was not open and no one to sell tickets to passengers
The train stopped at all the stations and has arrived at Mayfair station
Metro rail security was there and asked for tickets, I informed that I do not have one, They took me from the train and said I can get a TICKET at the office, which i went along to buy a ticket as I got on at Randfontein, the next minute one of their staff Named Rasta Mpolo pushed me in a office where other people were standing, i asked him not to touch me and found that other people been kept there as well, I tried to speak to him and get a ticket and once again he pushed me again and I told him again do not touch me, during this time he pushed me in a second office and torn my jacket and said F... YOU, during this timeI Got upset and pushed him back and said i can buy my ticket and is capable of doing so, i had to pay a fine of R40-00 and had to by a ticket from where i was to Johannesburg
I still do not like people to treat me like a criminal as i always pay for me train fair,
I cannot be liable if the trains are running an
