I cancelled Car track in May 2025 because they told me my contract expired in 2021
And it automatically moved to the debit amount of R99,00 which is a month to month of which Car track continued to debit me for an amount of R242,00 so they over charged me for 4 years and amount of R6864.00
Cartrack advised the contract for R242 was only valid from 2018 to 2021 after that my contract was R99 but I continued paying R242
I requested a refund of R6864.00 and they send me my contract attached and they refused to refund me, I cant pay R495 that you request, I think you should be requesting R99x2
