Excellent customer service and follow up

I must express how impressed I am with the online booking service. Less than 2 hours ago I booked 2 tickets online and as per procedure I had to do the Credit card Impression/ verification. I thought I would do this myself tomorrow by calling the bookings office but to my surprise I received a call and the verification was done, all sorted in less than 2 hours. Considering it is a Sunday as well this is extremely efficient.

This is excellent customer service, keep it up. Just a note though, you can remove the note about the ABSA clients not being able to receive the 'mystery' amount which is also used for the verification because this is the second time I'm doing the booking online with my ABSA account and each time i do the verification with the 'mystery' amount deducted. So its safe to say this works for ABSA as well.
