Misinformed, illtreated and insulted

I got to Florida station in the morning around 8:00 to catch a train to Newclare, got to the ticket office and there was no one in the office. I was told by one of the guards to board the train and buy a ticket when I get off at another station, I did that and when I got to Newclare station I found ticket examiners there and I went to buy a ticket. I was referred to one of the guards who took me to their ticket office to buy a ticket and I was told to pay R46, 00 even after explaining that I was told by a guard in Florida to board a train and buy a ticket where I get iff which is what they always do when tickets offices are closed.
I explained what happened and why I boarded a train, they calles Samantha the Newclare station master who gave me bad attitude called me a before I even told her my side of the story, got into her car drove off, was referred to the lady in the ticket office who also confirmed that when a person finds a ticket office closed they can board a train and buy a ticket where they get off, the matter went for over 30 minutes and I was given bad attitude, illtreated, insulted by Samantha and threatened into paying R46. My day was ruined because of all this.
