Early on a saturday morning I had to take the train to work and the ticket office was still closed to purchase a ticket. So I got on the train cause they sometimes get on with mobile machines or I can buy in town before I go throw the gates. Well the security got on at Koeburg station to check tickets and I asked them to please bring mobile machine on the train and I showed them I had money to buy a ticket. They told me I had to get off the train to purchase a ticket which if I did I would be be late for work. And I don't see why I must get off if their office is closed. So after about 10 min of being spoken to in a horrible rude manner, they started physically pulling and pushing me off the train. Thank goodness somebody got video of the what happened and posted on Youtube. It took me about another 20 in to get a ticket out of them. Then had to wait another 30min for a train. When I finally got on to Cape Town station I went to the police on platform 1 to open a case of assault against them and was told I was in the wrong for not having a ticket. So I went to the metro info and phoned the complaint no. for ref. no. It been a month and still have not heard anything from metrorail
