I was scheduled for an interview on Friday, the 23rd of January 2025, and the hiring manager decided not to show up, with no explanation whatsoever. Come Monday, the 26th of January, there was still nothing—no apology or follow-up, even until today. I didn't even know about this company before, but now I do, and I had a very bad experience with it.
I took my time to prepare for this interview, only to be stood up with no follow-up apology or whatsoever. The hiring manager I was supposed to be interviewed by is Ulindi Lubbe, who is the ERP Manager. I would like to personally appreciate her for not respecting my time; it says a lot about the company as a whole.
