Timeshare transfer not paid

I emailed VRS timeshare in November 2012, and said I am interested in selling my week at Crystal Springs.
VRS emailed me to say they would like to purchase my week, for a fee, and pay my 2013 levies, which I agreed to.

I have received the documents for transfer which I have signed and submitted for transfer. I have not received any communication from VRS regarding the process, each time I need to phone, no point in emailing as they don't respond.

I phoned last week to find out that the timeshare has been transferred, when i asked where my payment for the week was, I was shifted from Pillar to Post, I dealt with Martie, then Melanie, then Hannelie, and still no one can assist me with my payment that is still outstanding???

The manner in which they deal with their clients is shocking, and there seems to be no communication with each other or the clients.

So now I have to wonder am I ever going to receive my payment due from this disorganised, unprofessional company!!!
