On the 25.01.2013 I bought a return ticket from Brackenfell to Cape town, when I came back to brackenfell for some reason I think I lost my ticket but it was after I've showed the ticket to the gaurds on Cape Towns station. The train left but I thought i can buy a new ticket in the train because they suppose to walk with the machine in the train. It was not the case @ koeberg station they told me I must get out an buy a ticket because the lady was standing outside with the machine. I've end up paying 40.00 for a fine and only then I can get a ticket. My problem is that why cant they walk with the machine in the train... if some one dont have money to pay for a ticket than you can fine them 40.00 but what if you can afford a ticket why must you still pay a fines. I think the 40.00 are being pocketed because the fine everybody and then they also rude with the customers. please note it is because of the community that the trains are running an youcan get salaries.
