How can they run the business for so long and still not be able to get their trains running on time? How do they get 3 trains to be on the same station at the same time knowing that they only have 1 railway line available. I understand their service is cheaper but how can they give so poor service and expect people to pay for it? If they can't do it for so long, why not get a company that will be able to run the business professionally? I use their train from Pretoria Station to Mamelodi, I board at exactly 17:45 but I would get home at past 7 how ridiculous is that? We get to the third last station and wait for three trains to arrive so we can ALL board on 1 train. We really aren't animals and I mean even animals would not want to be squeezed like we are on Metrorail trains. If it's money why not increase the fares and make the service bearable. And when people don't have train tickets, the ticket officers are very quick to catch them. This IS JUST REALLY BAD
