On the afternoon of 17 June 2025, I canceled my dataline contract, account I2087723. The lady who assisted me was supposed to send me an SMS to confirm the cancellation. However, she never sent the SMS, and now I am receiving calls from debt collectors.
I need this to be sorted out, or I will have no other choice but to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom and switch to another provider. I have been a customer for more than 20 years, and this is the treatment I receive.
