19 april 6:15 from ottery was late and had to take a later train that was packed and as i got in the train with a bunch of people still behind me driver closed doors and hit againts my face and started driving, this is not the first time drivers can wait till its all clear before they take off aspecialy if they late coz then there is more people getting in the train to topd this today sat 6:30 ticket place was closed i start work 7:30 and i had to take that train got in thinking il buy it in town as tottery was closed for tickets was dragged out of the train at koeberg station and when i tried to explain ticket offices were close they told me dont i have witnesses it was closed and i have a witness how rude security at koeberg station was with me. and train left leaving me to wait 30 mins for the next train and with no proof to my boss to explain why im late, this is not acceptable if they cant have ppl early at the ticket office then they should have them sold on the train why get off at anopther station and wait for the next train and still get attitude from security like its your fault you could buy a ticket, metrorail i have so many complaints but this was the worse
