The lady that is transferring calls is way too rude. As a receptionist, you can do better

I wanted to be transferred to someone working there because he is the one who provided us with the work number, just in case we cannot reach him on his cell. The lady answered the phone and said that she didn't know the person I was looking for. When I explained that I had all the facts and knew that the person was working for this company and that this was the work number, she cut the call. I called again, and she picked up the phone, saying, "Ska mbhora," meaning "don't bore me," and then transferred the call to the person I was looking for.
