My wife has for the last two days experienced poor service. Firstly yesterday she arrives at work; an hour and a quarter late, because of train delays and no notification to say why it is running late.
This morning the trains are yet again late and no announcement is made.
To top it off no metro plus carriage, as a metro plus ticket holder you would expect a service when you pay for it. She takes the same train everyday and I know that there are a lot of commuters that feel that Metrorail should step-up because when ticket prices increase you have to except them.
So please Metrorail resolve your delays and service issues, as you are responsible for a big portion of the workforce that has to make use of your service.
