We contacted Giga Appliance after we received a flyer at school. Giga came out, looked at my washing machine and tumble dryer, charged a deposit of R2,200, and said that he would order the parts. This should have taken about two weeks. It has now been three months. He promised to pay the deposit back in seven days, but this also did not happen. His phone number is not available for any further communication.
