I phoned Neotel in January to query a large amount of data that was deducted off my 3G account. I was told to contact them in Feb after the statement had been finalised for Jan. I sent an email query and on on 12th Feb I replied to Lesego Mothomogolo with my account number, as requested. I sent another email on 21st Feb to find out why I had no response. I have had NO response to my enquiry.
On 26th Feb I phoned Neotel enquiring about a wireless point of sale card machine. I was promised a response within 48 hours. To date I have had NO response. Is this the level of incompetence that we must put up with and pay for???
